  23. Try control-forward-slash. That works on the mac68k console, but
  24. in an xterm, kermit uses control-backslash. I suspect the remapping
  25. dates to before 101-keyboards were common, and has simply escaped
  26. notice. If you don't have a mac, you could look in the kernel
  27. sources to see what key ASCII 28 really maps to.
